Helping you find your way back to the things you love
There was a time in my life when an injury pulled me away from the thing that made me feel most like myself. Losing that outlet was incredibly hard, but it also became the moment I discovered my purpose: helping others reclaim what moves them and guiding them as they rebuild, rediscover, and rise again. Whether you’re fighting to get back to something you love or searching for a new path forward, I’m here to walk that journey with you. I know what it’s like to feel limited by your own body, and the patience it takes to get back to 100%. Today, my goal is to make that journey smoother, faster, and more empowering for you than it was for me.
The Art of Listening
Before I studied movement, I studied graphic design. After going through my own physical therapy journey, I changed majors to exercise science—but I never lost that instinct to observe, listen, and understand how things fit together. That’s how I approach your care. I pay attention to your routines, your frustrations, and the things you’re dreaming of doing again. Whether it’s a long‑standing orthopedic challenge or a stubborn ache, we work side by side to rebuild what matters most to you.
Expertise You Can Trust
While I believe in a personal, "human-first" approach, I back it up with a deep commitment to clinical excellence. After spending years learning the nuances of patient care as a physical therapy tech and graduating cum laude with my Doctorate from South College, I’ve pursued advanced training to ensure you’re getting the best care possible. Additional certifications consist of:
Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (2025): A designation held by only a small percentage of therapists.
Certified Dry Needling Therapist (2023) / Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (Ongoing): Specialized techniques to help "reset" the system and manage pain.
Certified Vestibular Therapist (Ongoing): Helping you regain balance and confidence in your movement.
Let’s Get Started
I’m proud to serve my hometown, Nashville and surrounding communities, helping neighbors move better and live more fully. Recovery isn't just about "fixing" what’s broken—it’s about restoring your quality of life.
I’m ready when you are. Let’s map out your journey to feeling like yourself again or being a brand new you.
